Village of Midlothian Volunteer Coalition Membership Form

You do NOT have to be a member of the VMVC to participate in committee meetings or receive the free newsletter. To be a voting member within the VMVC, you have to pay annual dues (calendar year) and provide the information below. The VMVC is a 501(c)3; your membership may be tax-deductible. Membership is restricted to adults residing in or having an enterprise in USPS ZIP codes 23113 or 23114, East of Route 288. Annual dues should be paid by personal check; membership becomes effective after check clears the bank. Send check to Midlothian Membership, PO Box 1295, Midlothian, VA 23113.
